Are your tote bags machine washable?

I am working hard behind the scenes to make our tote bags machine washable. Unfortunately the vast majority of tote bags that I have sourced are not machine washable due to the type of material used in their manufacture.

Can I customise or personalise a tote bag with my own design or logo?

I don’t offer bespoke designs for individuals but if you’re a company looking to collaborate, send me an email and we can chat.

Are your tote bags eco-friendly?

I aim to be sustainable in every step of the manufacturing process. I screen print the tote bags in Derry Print Workshop which is an almost entirely non-toxic print studio. I use water-based ink and organic canvas tote bags, and I use plastic-free packaging for all online purchases.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

Do you sell your tote bags and prints in a physical shop?

Not yet! I’m on the look out for a shop to stock my products.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Paypal at the minute and I hope to accept more payment methods in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

As I am a small business, I currently only ship to Europe and the UK with An Post and Royal Mail in Derry, but send me a message if you need international postage and we can try and work it out.

What is the typical turnaround time for an order?

I aim to package and ship the order within one business day. If there’s a delay to this, I will email you to let you know.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within Ireland takes between 2-4 working days, within the UK it takes 3-4 working days and within Europe it takes 5-10 working days.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can return your tote bag, provided it is unused and in the condition you received it in, within 14 days of receiving it. Fill out the form on the contact page with your details and reason for returning. Delivery refund will not be provided unless your tote bag arrives damaged.
