Inspired by one of Donegal’s ancient sacred sites. Our Beltany Stone Circle tote bag features an original illustration of Beltany Stone Circle, a circle of over 60 standing stones located just outside the town of Raphoe, in County Donegal. Beltany is one of Ireland’s oldest Neolithic sites, dating back to 2100-700BC. 

Cara’s original hand-drawn artwork highlights the stone circle formation and cup-marked stone, as well as the carved stone head. These symbols echo an ancient connection to landscape and community. Every Súilí tote is about connection, so whether you’re walking down the street in Dublin or New York, you have a memory of home.

All of Súilí’s tote bags are made from GOTS-certified organic canvas and are screen-printed sustainably in small batches by Cara in Derry Print Workshop.

Care Instructions: We recommend spot cleaning the tote bags with detergent and lukewarm water in order to preserve their shape. However, they can be washed on a cool, gentle cycle if really needed.
